Black Spectrum is a global cultural collective exploring film, art, fashion, music, and storytelling through encounters shaped by image, memory, and imagination. Founded by Melissa Alibo for ASVOFF — created by Diane Pernet — the platform brings together emerging voices, cinematic language, and cross-cultural dialogue through a distinct curatorial lens.

Nigerian visual artist working primarily in photography, film, and sound. Oboro holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University. He is the recipient of the Access ART X Prize (2023) and Independent Photographer Award (2024).
